Why should I vote my stock? As a shareholder, it is vital that you remain in contact with our transfer agent or else you risk losing your stock because of escheatment laws. Help! I cannot find my stock certificate. What should I do? Regardless of whether you can locate your stock certificate or not, you still own your shares. However, you will need the certificate, unless your shares are held electronically through book entry, should you ever want to sell your stock or make changes. If you cannot locate your certificate, you can receive a replacement certificate; however, there is a charge for a new certificate to be issued. You should contact Computershare at www.computershare.com or (800) 368-5948. We encourage you to think about going paperless and have your shares held electronically with Computershare.

How can I switch my stock from paper certificates to book entry? If you wish to convert your paper certificate to book entry, you will need to send a signed letter of request indicating your intent to deposit the shares to Computershare and send that letter, along with the formal stock certificate to Computershare.
